Jukka-Pekka Humaloja received his Ph.D. degree in mathematics from Tampere University, Tampere, Finland, in 2019. From 2019 to 2021, he was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow with Tampere University. From 2021 to 2023, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow with University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada. He has authored/coauthored 9 journal papers and 19 conference papers. His research interests include control and estimation of distributed parameter systems, especially robust output regulation and model predictive control of boundary-controlled PDEs, and virtual decomposition control.
Jukka-Pekka Humaloja is a member of the IFAC Technical Committee 2.6 on Distributed Parameter Systems. He has served as a reviewer for several journals (IEEE-TAC, Automatica, SICON…) and conferences (IFAC-WC, CDC, ACC…), as well as Mathematical Reviews (MathSciNet). He is the recipient of individual postdoctoral grants from the Jenny and Antti Wihuri Foundation (2021-2022) and the Vilho, Yrjö and Kalle Väisälä Foundation (2022-2023).
Florent Koudohode
Florent Koudohode received his Ph.D. degree in Automatic Control from LAAS-CNRS, Université Paul Sabatier, Toulouse, France, in 2023. He completed two M.Sc. degrees in fundamental mathematics and applications, one from IMSP, Dangbo, Benin in 2018, and the other from Université Paul Sabatier, Toulouse III, France in 2020. He is currently a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Technical University of Crete, Greece, in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering
